What are cookies?

Now, I'm not talking about the cookies that you eat.  I'm talking about cookies on a website.  When the website asks you to accept cookies.  


Cookies are called cookies because they are actually trackers.  If you saw trackers then you wouldn't accept them but who doesn't like cookies.  They are all about tracking you.  If you look at the websites' code then you will see all the different companies and other websites that are now following you.  If you click accept, then that is what is happening.  Now, I'm not saying that you can't accept cookies.  On websites like amazon or hobby craft you need to because it will save your history but for things like a facts website it will track you.  This is for advertisement.

Twitter Banned in Nigeria after President’s tweet removed

  The Nigerian government has said it will ban Twitter after the social media platform deleted a controversial tweet by the country’s president. But the time that the ban will start has not been shared with the public, with the announcement made on Twitter itself.   Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari posted a tweet on Tuesday which threatened suspected separatist militants in the southeast part of the country. Twitter deleted the post the day after, saying it was abusive.   The Nigerian Government announced the ban of the website on Friday. Twitter said it was investigating the banning of the platform in Nigeria.   The country’s information minister said the platform was banned because it was being used “for activities that are capable of undermining Nigeria’s corporate existence”.
