Which Gadget clears up plastic from oceans?

 It's extremely simple but, at the same time extremely effective!

It's a cylinder with a filter inside of it, so that it lets out water and it holds the plastic. People have dispatched millions of these into the oceans of the world and it is slowly but surely cleaning up plastic that has come to the surface. The air that is in it has a lower water pressure than the water around it and the water tries to equalise that pressure, and so, it also takes the plastic that is drifting in it with it. When you put it in the lip of the bucket is just below the water's level. Once the water flows into the bin/ bucket there is a pump that pumps all the sea water out and keeps all the plastic in it. (the water flows through the bottom but the trash stays). Then pick up the filter and you can dispose of it or recycle it. Easy as that!
